Many clients love to talk about having vendors as partners, but then almost always come back and behave like "customers" themselves.
We at NovoLogic understand that business is business, but boy we sure do like working with clients, ah hem, partners that truly get that playing games, asking for things that are unreasonable, all in the name of "doing business" is not smart long term. if the companies your business relies on, go out of business, as a result of trying to bend over backwards to meet unrealistic demands, how will that be good long term for you?
